Hot Drops

So hot, Wilbur the fire eater is cooling his mouth down-with fire!

We use the hottest chillis from our final harvest to create this mad brilliant heat.

This sauce looks innocent, smells wonderfully fragrant and delivers an insane amount of flavour. Taste the heat but don’t be fooled, it’s proper hot.

Ingredients: Pineapple juice (pineapple juice 100% from concentrate), cider vinegar (sulphur dioxide), yellow habaneros, Chili Mash Co. Yellow habanero chilli puree (yellow habanero chilli 75%, cider vinegar (sulphur dioxide), salt), nectarines, mixed peppers (yellow, red, orange), ginger, super hot chillis (naga vipers, long bonnets, big peach Mumma, reapers, ghost chilli, brain strain, scotch bonnets, peach miasma, scorpion maruga, ghost scorpion yellow), onions, ghost chocolate, garlic, soft brown sugar, salt.
