In The BEGINNING
Take the head chef and manager couple from a well known and loved gastro pub in Suffolk. Add a passion for food and chillies to create WillBHot, a unique chilli sauce company.

Our growing love affair
From the love of food and flavor came a passion, an obsession, an appreciation for heat and an ever growing appetite to explore the boundaries of chillis.
We began to experiment (making many mistakes along the way) and now grow our own chillis from seed to plant, successfully nurturing capsicum, chinense, baccatum and capsicum annum plants.

Keep the fire burning
Using our home-grown chillis we take our time - sometimes fermenting them for up to a month - to create unique flavors and tastes. We believe this extra time, love and attention helps take the aggressive edge off the worlds hottest chillis, so they can be enjoyed by all.
We continue to lear and perfect the art of pairing the right chilli with the right ingredients creating our unique range of WillBHot chilli sauces.
